Other studies have linked phthalates to ADHD and a number of other conditions - bad chemicals. The EPA recently created a Phthalates Action Plan. They&#039;ll be making sure that all of them, not just a few, are on their new Chemicals of Concern list, and do further investigation. Phthalates have been banned in Europe for a decade.Hopefully, they will be banned in the U.S. as well.</description>
